Hi there! I currently cover the Chicago Bulls for the Chicago Tribune.

I grew up in the suburbs of Kansas City and attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Although my current beat is the NBA, I grew up on Jayhawks basketball and passionately follow sports from the WNBA to soccer to figure skating.

My prior experience includes covering soccer for the Orlando Sentinel; internships with the USA Today Network, the Philadelphia Inquirer and Sports Illustrated; and freelance positions with Southern California News Group and Pro Soccer USA.

Off the pitch, I love to read, catch live music and watch way too many TV shows and films. I will happily talk your ear off about comic books, sci-fi movies or musicals if you give me the chance.

I currently live in Chicago with my dog Harper and my cat Goose.
